Amazon has launched a HD subscription.

What’s special…

The music that is normally provided through streaming services is compressed. The files are downloaded at a lower quality so that they do not take up so much space on your devices. It can also make downloading and streaming faster.

This new subscription makes larger, higher quality audio files available. So, while they take up more space you hear the music the same way that the producer did when they curated the mix. It is insane how much detail becomes clear in each track when you listen to a higher quality file.
